The Consortium, consisting of the Producer Organisation “Organosi Paragogon Ampeloinikon Agiou Vasileiou I.K.E.” and “KASELL – Joint Venture of the Agricultural Cooperatives of Epidavros Limiras”, successfully participated in the PLMA 2026 International Trade Show, held in Amsterdam in May 2026. The participation took place within the framework of the European Union co-funded programme “IT’S BIO BABY!”, which promotes Organic PGI Korinthia Wine and Organic PGI Lakonia Extra Virgin Olive Oil in the markets of the Netherlands and Austria.
The exhibition provided an excellent opportunity to showcase both products to a highly specialised professional audience. Importers, buyers, retail chain representatives and food and beverage professionals visited the programme’s stand, where they were introduced to the distinctive characteristics of the products and informed about the principles of organic farming, sustainable production and the stringent European quality and food safety standards that govern their production.
Throughout the exhibition, numerous business meetings and networking sessions were held with interested companies, creating new opportunities for commercial cooperation and contributing to the further expansion of the products into international markets.
The programme’s participation in PLMA 2026 confirmed the growing demand for European organic products, further strengthening the recognition of Organic PGI Korinthia Wine and Organic PGI Lakonia Extra Virgin Olive Oil, while highlighting their exceptional quality, authenticity and added value.
